Trendex offers social media marketing services with a focus on creating content for TikTok. Clients are required to provide necessary information and materials for content creation, and Trendex will deliver the agreed-upon number of videos as per the chosen package.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Trendex is accurate and complete. Any delay or failure to provide necessary information may affect the delivery timeline of the content.

4. Content Approval and Revisions
Clients have the opportunity to review and request revisions to the content provided by Trendex. However, excessive revisions or changes beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property
Upon completion of payment, clients have the right to use the content created by Trendex for their promotional purposes on TikTok. However, Trendex retains the right to showcase the content in its portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment for Trendex services is due upfront. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any additional expenses incurred during content creation, beyond the agreed-upon scope, will be communicated to the client for approval.

7. Confidentiality
Trendex will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client's explicit consent.

8. Termination of Services
Trendex reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in any unlawful or unethical activities, violates these terms and conditions, or fails to make payment as agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability
Trendex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Trendex reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
